For remote areas please allow up to 14 days Express shipping allow 1-2 days International shipping (outside of Australia) allow 3-10 days. We offer FREE Shipping on all orders within Australia. Yes. Include your invoice number, product name and explain the reason for the return and we will gladly refund or replace for you We check every purchase before sending it out to you. However in the unlikely event of your item getting damaged in transit, please email us with photos of the damage within 14 days. Upon receiving our email, send your item back to us via our reply paid label and we will send you a replacement once we receive your return. Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse and despatch department. The items are hand picked and enclosed safely in a satchel/box. Once ready and collected for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and freight forwarder. We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. With our network of couriers and postal services, we can offer the best option for you dependant on size, weight and speed of delivery. In Australia our main carriers are Australia Post Express Post, Australia Post eParcel and Fastway. You will receive an email from our Eparcel interface which includes the tracking number for your purchase, as well as the progress the parcel is making. You can also check your parcel status by copying the tracking number into the AusPost website. If for some reason you don't receive this information from us, just contact us. Yes, we can ship to almost any address for you. You can send through your address details post payment. Yes we do. We use Australia Post Eparcel and delivery to PO Boxes is allowed.
